About SoundWise4Kids
Identifying early learning risks before they become learning gaps
Our Mission
Every child deserves the opportunity to thrive in school. Yet too many families are told to "wait and see" when early concerns arise, missing critical windows for intervention.
SoundWise4Kids exists to change that. We provide accessible, play-based developmental screening that identifies language, motor, and attention risks years before children start school.
Our mission is to empower parents, educators, and pediatricians with early insights that lead to timely support—when children's brains are most adaptable and intervention is most effective.
Early Identification
Catch developmental concerns early, when intervention is most effective.
Accessible Screening
No long waitlists or expensive evaluations. Screening in 15 minutes from home.
Actionable Insights
Clear, practical guidance on next steps for parents and professionals.
Why This Was Built
As a pediatrician, I saw the same pattern repeat: parents would express concerns about their child's speech, attention, or motor skills during well visits. I'd reassure them to "wait and see" or refer them to specialists with 6-12 month waitlists.
By the time children were evaluated, they'd often fallen significantly behind their peers. The intervention that could have been simple at age 3 became intensive therapy at age 6.
I realized we needed a better way—a tool that could provide objective developmental screening between well visits, accessible to all families regardless of insurance or geography. Something that felt like play to children but provided meaningful data to guide decisions.
SoundWise4Kids was built to bridge the gap between parental concern and professional evaluation, ensuring no child waits too long for the support they need.
